Eugene Tian

Chief State Economist for the State of Hawaii

Ryan T. Okahara

is a United States Air Force brigadier general serving as the Air National Guard assistant to the commander of the United States Space Command. Previously, he served as Air National Guard assistant to the commander of the Space Operations Command. He has also served as commander of the Hawaii Air National Guard.

Alex Fielding

is an American engineer and manager. He is the CEO and co-founder of Privateer Space with Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak. He was co-founder and CEO of robotics company Ripcord, Inc from 2014 to 2021

Henk Rogers

is a Dutch-born entrepreneur and clean energy visionary who has dedicated the past decade of his career to the research, development, advocacy and implementation of renewable energy sources in Hawaii. More recently, he has been a leading global advocate for space exploration as the Chairman of the Pacific International Space Center for Exploration Systems and the founder of the International MoonBase Alliance, a group dedicated to building the first colony on the moon.
